Summary:

The Paddock Club Client Services Manager will be responsible for providing Paddock Club clients with a superior experience while managing all components of their hospitality package at the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. This role combines account management, operations, guest experience and quality control. The Paddock Club Client Services Manager is responsible for understanding the entire customer journey and the details of the Paddock Club to deliver a first-class customer experience. The ideal candidate has experience in the premium hospitality space, is eager to work an operation from start to finish and has a warm and welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Serve as first and primary point of contact for provided client list
  • Manage multiple clients and projects from load-in timelines to bi-weekly client check-ins
  • Maintain frequent communication with all internal South Florida Motorsports departments to ensure the guest experience and Paddock Club level standards are achieved and communicated clearly to the clients
  • Understand and track all details of each client’s hospitality suite including but not limited to the management of activation agencies, F&B requests, signage, décor, furniture etc.
  • Work with the broader Paddock Club team to implement new guest experience ideas and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Clearly communicate timelines, provide clear and detailed information to clients, and manage expectations
  • Identify issues and proactively assist in developing/executing solutions
  • Manage and track client budgets working closely with the South Florida Motorsports finance team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Associates Degree
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced hospitality position with a client-first mentality
  • Graphic design and executive presentation building experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • An optimistic, team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, holidays, and weekends
